THANKSGIVING AND MORE WINTER FUN
For those of you who have been wondering, we had a great Thanksgiving celebrating here in Norway with good friends. Of course we missed our families in the U.S. but we did our best to recreate traditional dishes and demonstrated the spirit of Thanksgiving to our international friends. We had more than enough food! Brett and I were able to celebrate Saturday with his basketball coach (who is an American married to a Norwegian) and his family and neighbors, and Sunday we threw a big party at Kelly's apartment. At one point we counted 30 people all cozily squeezed in the one room!
Lately we've been enjoying having a little more time as things have slowed down a bit during the exam period. We even went ice skating last night in the center of the city downtown- it was so much fun! We are also really looking forward to when we will board the plane next Saturday to spend Christmas with family and friends in MN. We hope that we will get to see as many of you as we can if you are in the Twin Cities area!

Hi guys! I feel so sad that I won't be there with Chuck. I really need to work and we have been gone so much that we decided that I would stay home this time. I miss you and love looking at your blog and reading your newsletters!love you, sally
